The Roles:

  1. Assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in the content development and execution for Fashion Asia Hong Kong.

  2. Draft, edit and proofread high-quality content for marketing collateral such as press releases, invitation letters, website updates and social media posts.

  3. Craft and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging posts across platforms.

  4. Implement basic strategic tasks, such as boosting ads and analyzing social media performance to optimize audience reach and engagement.

  5. Coordinate with forum speakers, panel judges, partners, and sponsors to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality programs and campaigns.

  6. Work in close collaboration with our event vendor to maintain seamless operations and keep the forum running precisely on time.

  7. Provide logistical and administrative support for speaker and panel judge itineraries, ensuring their attendance and hospitality needs are met for events.

  8. Support PR activities, including PR pitching to media outlets, influencers, and collaborators to enhance brand visibility and drive awareness for Fashion Asia Hong Kong.

  9. Assist in the development and distribution of PR and marketing materials.

  10. Conduct research to curate and create relevant content aligned with the Fashion Asia Hong Kong branding and strategy.

  11. Provide insights and creative ideas for content that align with fashion trends, industry updates and audience preferences.

  12. Prepare reports and presentations for ongoing or completed initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  13. Prepare proposal documents, gather campaign statistics, analyze data, and compile detailed reports for the program's lead sponsor when requested.

  14. Take on additional duties as directed by supervisors, including unexpected project requirements or content-related tasks.

  15. Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. University degree or above.

  2. Minimum 4 years post-graduation work experience with at least 1-2 years in content editing and research experience in fashion, media or luxury industry.

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin). The ability to write clearly and persuasively is essential.

  4. Strong writing, editing and project management skills. Experience in digital marketing and social media content creation is a plus.

  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with tight deadlines.

  6. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

  7. A strong sense of fashion trends, business development, and creativity in content generation is preferred.

  8. Eagerness to learn and adapt, with the ability to absorb constructive feedback and implement it effectively.
