Calls for Proposals: Exhibitions and Programmes for DX design hub

DX design hub—the new flagship base of the Hong Kong Design Centre—boasts versatile event and exhibition spaces designed to foster creativity and collaboration. We are now inviting proposals from qualified parties for the provision of Design, Curation and Production / Production Supervision Services for various spaces within the hub for upcoming periods.

Interested parties are encouraged to join the briefing sessions outlining the Call for Proposal process. Additionally, prior to each session, attendees are invited to join a guided tour of DX design hub for a walk through of the building and current exhibitions.

HKDC Calls for Proposals (Re-tender): Exhibition Design, Construction and Management Services for ‘Design Ecology’ Exhibition
Operated by Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC), DX design hub in Sham Shui Po nurtures emerging design talents and fashion designers, fostering creativity and collaboration. Showcasing the synergy between design disciplines, it serves as a vibrant platform for community engagement and creative tourism through an exhibition and activity space that is open to the public.

HKDC is inviting service providers to submit proposals for providing Exhibition Design, Construction and Management Services for ‘Design Ecology’ Exhibition on 2/F at the DX design hub in Shum Shui Po. Curated by Mr. Freeman Lau, the exhibition features a timeline showcasing the vision and development of Hong Kong’s design industry from the 1960s to the present. It aims at arousing public interest towards the evolution of the design industry and offering an alternative perspective on the driving forces behind this development.

Interested parties may read through the “Request for Proposals” document and submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal in TWO separate emails reaching Hong Kong Design Centre with attention to: Grace CHING (tender@hkdesigncentre.org) via email on or before 12 noon, 23 June 2025 (Monday). Please state the two email subjects as below:
