HKDC Retail Opportunities: Consignment Application for DX design hub ‘The Fashion-Pop' 

 

Operated by Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC), DX design hub in Sham Shui Po nurtures emerging design talents and fashion designers, fostering creativity and collaboration. HKDC is inviting Hong Kong design talents to submit consignment application for the upcoming happenings at The Fashion-Pop, DX design hub.

With an aim to create a unique multi-brand retail destination, we encourage local design talents to consign local design goods that reflect originality, uniqueness, and market appeal. Consignment categories may include, but are not limited to Fashion & Accessories, Home & Lifestyle, Watches & Jewellery, Beauty & Wellness, Gifts & Stationery, Tech & Electronic Appliances, Toys & Games, Art & Souvenirs. HKDC reserves the right to make the final decision on product selection.

HKDC is now offering a rental waive-off to support the local design community. Application is open to local independent design brands*, widening the product exposure, and arousing public awareness of the designer.

Open Call for Expression of Interest: BODW In the City - Don’t miss out the early application!1st Round Open Call

 

Join HKDC to co-create the design initiative In the City!

 

The flagship programme BODW In the City debuted last year had brought lots of enjoyment and excitement to the community and general public. This year we would like to re-double our effort in activating Hong Kong's design destinations into dynamic spaces filled with curated programmes, exhibitions, workshops, installations, shows, and craft demonstrations. We hereby invite 1) Venue and Brand Partners, and 2) Design Units to become our Partners.

 

𝑽𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔

Please fill in the Expression of Interest (EOI) and return to us by 31 July 2025. Interested parties are encouraged to attach additional information indicating the illustration of the type of partnership that is being proposed. For the project overview and EOI, please visit HERE.

Please submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in six A4 Pages format to inthecity@hkdesigncentre.org by 31 July 2025, with below details:

1.     2 pages on their ideas on “CurioCity HK” theme for BODW In the City 2025

2.     4 pages on relevant experience including projects and awards achievement, including any previous Hong Kong Design Centre funded initiative (e.g. YDTA, DIP, FIP etc.) in the past 5 years
