Nowadays, crochet has emerged as a popular fashion trend widely applied in clothing and accessory design. This trend combines the aesthetics of handcrafted art with contemporary fashion, emphasising colour coordination, intricate presentation, and comfortable wearability. The iconic red, white, and blue trio is not only a symbol of Hong Kong’s cultural heritage but also a timeless “fashion element” cherished by global brands for decades.

In this crochet workshop, the instructor will explore the design significance of red, white, and blue. Participants will learn crochet techniques to hand-weave a beautifully designed bracelet, while also discovering how local culture can be revitalised and reimagined through design.
