Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as centre of design excellence in Asia. We are on a public mission to promote wider and strategic use of design and design thinking to foster innovation, create business value and improve societal well-being.

The Roles:

  1. Manage daily communications, logistics and reimbursement exercises of Design Incubation Programme (DIP);
  2. Handle administrative logistics and related documentation, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting. Make sure the process and documentations are in compliance with governance and administrative requirements;
  3. Work with the project team to plan, organise, execute and deliver DIP programmes and other special events on time and within budget;
  4. Liaise with professional service providers and maintain good relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally;
  5. Assist in digital outreach like social media, website content management on programme promotion;
  6. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  1. University degree or above or equivalent;
  2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, accounting, hospitality, or business management;
  3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  4. Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, adaptable, and resourceful candidate with tactful communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with designers;
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  6. Immediately available is preferred.
