Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as centre of design excellence in Asia. We are on a public mission to promote wider and strategic use of design and design thinking to foster innovation, create business value and improve societal well-being.

The Roles:

  1. Provide full support on Design Incubation Programme, assist in planning and monitoring the DIP for compliance;
  2. Executive admission, marketing & promotion compaign;
  3. Plan and executive including but not limited to PR, marketing, social media to increase programme awareness;
  4. Formulate strategies for PR, social media and promotion of the events;
  5. Coordinate with incubatees and agency for marketing & promotion, social media and PR initiatives;
  6. Handle internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission;
  7. To perform ad-hoc projects and assignment as required.

 

Requirements:

  1. University degree with at least 6 years relevant experience in general management, marketing, event or project management in which at least 3 years at supervisory level;
  2. Knowledge of entrepreneurship and design industries will be an advantage;
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  4. A good team player with initiative and ability to work independently;
  5. Good programme management, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills;
  6. Good analytics and problem-solving skills;
  7. Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
