Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all staff, including MPF contributions, tax filings (IR56 series), and benefits administration with absolute accuracy;
  2. Assist the Senior HR & Admin Manager in HR budgeting, salary benchmarking, and headcount analysis. Leverage strong numerical and analytical skills to deliver data-driven reports and insights to the Business Units;
  3. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal cycles, and employee relations to foster a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace;
  4. Explore staff development needs and coordinate with external training vendors and consultants to deliver impactful learning programs;
  5. Manage daily administrative operations, including office procurement, insurance renewals, warehouse maintenance, and other related task;
  6. Ensure full compliance of all HR matters with Standard Operating Procedures, Corporate Governance Standards, and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  7. Carry out other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
  2. Minimum 6 years of HR and administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and a strong track record in full-set payroll processing;
  3. Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  4. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, is essential for data management and reporting. Familiarity with the HR system (MRC) is a significant advantage;
  5. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Comfortable multitasking and wearing multiple hats, while demonstrating warmth, empathy, care, and sensitivity towards staff;
  6. Experience in the NGO or non-profit sector is an advantage.
