In everyone’s mind, there is a Hong Kong that belongs to them. Streets, buildings, and shopfronts woven together through overlap and depth, layered in front of and behind one another, like an endless city montage.

In this workshop, we will combine the intangible cultural heritage of traditional bamboo weaving with the color palette inspiration of Rainbow Estate. Together, you’ll weave a rainbow fan charm filled with summer vibes, then add cord knots to turn it into a bag charm.

The exhibition ‘From Memory to Horizon: The Visual Language of Hong Kong Tourism’ seeks to present, from multiple viewpoints, the evolution and accumulation of visual expressions used in Hong Kong’s tourism landscape from the 1950s to the present. 

‘Salvatore Ferragamo’ Exhibition features a special collaboration with the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum in Italy, showcasing five iconic shoe designs from their collection.

Using pre-processed sea glass by Re-Glass Art Innovation, participants will first choose a mold, then select eco-friendly materials. With drip resin and decorative touches, you’ll make your own eco-friendly, translucent mahjong charm—handcrafted by you!

Through simple origami techniques, participants can create adorable rabbits by hand during the workshop and take them home as decorations.
