The Roles:
- Assist the Retail Operation team and work closely with the Manager - Retail Operation in organising and executing the designated programme(s) in the Fashion-Pop, including scheduled and themed pop-up, exhibitions, networking events and workshops etc;
- Responsible for all visual merchandising aspects: research, design and output on events, workshops, and programmed themed retail space – window & indoor designs, 2D and 3D graphics and printing, fixture and props design and production, store layout and product display, etc;
- Provide branding insight and graphic design, social assets including visuals, reels and feeds on social media platforms.
- Responsible for monitoring retail operator day-to-day performance, incident reports and monthly stock-taking;
- Oversee logistics, coordination, liaison, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting, and make sure the process and documentation are in compliance with governance and administrative requirements;
- Oversee financial and accounting processes for the team including quotation comparisons, contract approval, payment requests, log sheet inputting etc;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic and digital design. Experience in event management and/or retail operation is a plus;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset, as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
