Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as a centre of design excellence in Asia. The Roles:

  1. Develop and execute public relations strategies and manage the marketing and communication plan for Hong Kong Design Centre and DX design hub, and other special initiatives and projects being held at the Hub;
  2. Champion stakeholder databases, CRM tools, and eDM platforms to ensure data integrity, segmentation, and effective audience engagement;
  3. Coordinate and communicate effectively within and across teams to ensure integrated marketing, partnerships, and public relations efforts for expanded reach and impact;
  4. Drive and deliver a range of marketing communication materials, including but not limited to speeches, press releases, media kit, corporate collaterals and eNewsletter, annual reports, editorial and publishing projects, marketing and social media content, surveys and research, etc.;
  5. Monitor and uphold branding and corporate identity of HKDC and its affiliated programmes;
  6. Manage corporate assets including printed collaterals, digital, visual and video content and online platforms e.g. website, social media channels and email database;
  7. Work with internal stakeholders and external parties and vendors on a variety of HKDC initiatives;
  8. Carry out other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. University graduate in Marketing or Communications;
  2. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications or related fields;
  3. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, with fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  4. Experience in digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement;
  5. Digital savvy, creative and passionate about marketing and communications, with sound knowledge of different social media and communications platforms and trends;
  6. A self-motivated team-player with strong attention to detail;
  7. Mature, outgoing multi-tasker with good organisational and project management skills.
