Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in project and event management within the fashion, luxury, creative, or cultural industries.
  3. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder events of significant scale — experience with Art Basel, Design Week, fashion weeks, or comparable flagship events is highly desirable.
  4. Demonstrated experience launching new initiatives and managing end-to-end project execution from concept through delivery, in accordance with governance and compliance standards.
  5. Experience in in pitching projects, preparing grant reports or stakeholder presentations, and managing external partnerships.
  6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  7. Exceptional organisational and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  8. Superior negotiation and influencing skills; adept at navigating diverse perspectives and reaching productive outcomes.
  9. Strong people skills and high emotional intelligence; comfortable working across different cultures, hierarchies, and working styles.
  10. Excellent problem-solving instincts — resourceful, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented.
  11. Proficient in producing professional written content including reports, briefings, proposals, and completion documents.
  12. Digitally proficient; experienced with project management tools, communication platforms, and standard office software.

 

Appointment will be on a 1-year fixed term contract.  Renewal of contract should be subject to operational needs and performance.
