The Roles:
- Support the planning, co-ordination, liaison, related documentation and monitoring of work progress for events, ensuring successful execution and evaluation. Make sure the process and documentations are in compliance with governance and administrative requirements.
- Monitor and manage marketing & promotion materials production including but not limited to the programme’s website, social media channels, eDM and PR to ensure consistent and effective communications.
- Manage daily communications, logistics and reimbursement exercises of the programmes.
- Support incubation recruitment, programme monitoring, milestone assessments, mentoring meetings, evaluation, and reporting to track participant progress and programme outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records, including Designpreneurs’ profiles, progress reports, event archives, and other programme documents.
- Compile and analyse data to report on outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Assist in recording financial records for the programme, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct research and support for programme-related activities.
- Liaise with professional service providers and maintain good relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally.
- To perform ad-hoc projects and assignment as required.
Requirements:
- University degree or above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in event management, marketing, administration, or business management.
- Experience in design-related industry would be an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, adaptable and resourceful candidate with tactful communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with initiative and ability to work independently.
- Good programme management, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Good analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Graphic design skills would be considered an advantage.
