The Roles:
Work with Director and Senior Manager to develop HKDC's annual flagship programmes: Business of Design Week (BODW) and bodw+ (digital knowledge platform);
Support editorial section of bodw+ and assure timely delivery of content that is in line with the holistic digital marketing strategy;
Responsible for content research, creative writing, translation, editing and proofreading to ensure timely delivery of multimedia contents including articles and videos across multiple platforms for BODW and online platform bodw+;
Able to manage speakers and partners from local, the Mainland and overseas countries;
Communicate with programme partners, consultants, in-house marketing and communications team and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content;

Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
University graduate or above;
At least 8 years post-graduation work experience; with at least 3 years’ experience in a team leadership role with good coaching skills, global horizons and ability to navigate complexity in an innovation setting;
Experience in editorial and/or corporate communication is preferred;
Experience in design conference and/or programme curation and planning would be an advantage;
Competent narrative, communications and language skills. Strong English writing skills is a must;
With strong project management skills, with passion and committment to deliver high standard programme;
A keen learner, self-motivated and collaborative team player showing proficient research skills, story telling and problem-solving ability; Possessing an inquisitive mind, creative confidence and tact that encourage learning, engagement and collaboration among diverse stakeholder communities;
Demonstrates a good understanding of design, culture and trends;
Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and maintain high performance under tight timelines;
A professional with accountability that meets statutory, industry code of conduct and internal reporting and compliance requirements; &
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
