Supporting Event - 2021 Stamp Designer Recruitment Exercise
With the objective of upholding and continual introducing new creatives for design of special stamps in Hong Kong, Hong Kong-based designers and artists who are enthusiastic and ambitious in stamp design are invited to express their interest in designing postage stamps on a non-committal basis to facilitate the compilation of a designer list.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of job reference.
Interested designers and artists should forward the following information to “Hongkong Post Stamps, 1/F, General Post Office, 2 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong on or before 15 September, 5pm. Late submissions will not be considered:
Personal information with a CV, including job experience, any awards obtained, job reference, experience on cultural projects;
State the strength on graphic design, illustration, typography, photography, drawing, comic drawing and others;
For those categories of strengths stated, three samples of work from each should be submitted.
Selection would be made by the Review and Recruitment Panel and approved by Stamp Advisory Committee. Successful applicants will be included in the designer list which Hongkong Post will assign future stamp design works.
Important Points to Note
Interested designers should note that they may submit the original copies of the draft design or design works, the design works will be returned after completion of the recruitment process.
Notifications will be issued to inform applicants on the result.
