HKDC Inviting for Expression of Interest (Design and Fashion Base Centre）

[RE- ISSUE] Main Contract for Fitting-out and M&E Works for the Hong Kong Design Centre at Sham Shui Po

Hong Kong Design Centre (“HKDC”) would like to invite company to express interest in the tender for the Fitting-out and M&E Works for the HKDC at Sham Shui Po.

The Premises is located at a newly completed composite building at Nos. 270-286 Tung Chau Street & Nos. 1-5 Kweilin Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon. HKDC intends to carry out internal fitting-out works with associated building services & AV installation and external signages at G/F to 4/F for the following functions :

• G/F: Retail Shop / Community Hub
• 1/F: Exhibition / Workshop Space / Immersive Space
• 2/F: HKDC Museum / DFA Exhibition
• 3/F: Design Showcase / Co-Design Centre / Meeting Rooms
• 4/F: Office / Meeting Rooms

Interested parties' submission must be placed in the EOI Box at Office 602, 6/F, Mill 5, The Mills, 45 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan in person no later than 12nn, 20 October (Friday) (Hong Kong Time). Other means of submission will not be accepted.
