Responsibilities:
Work closely with team to undertake effective project and event management.
Lead outreach efforts to promote events, projects, and partnerships.
Manage projects from content conception through research, planning, coordination, logistics, execution, to post-event review, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop new outreach initiatives, funding applications, pitch projects, and build international networks, with a focus on the Greater Bay Area and wider regions.
Proactively plan, develop, and implement strategies for organising events, including budgetary planning and control, timely reporting, compliance with corporate governance policies, and assessment of outcomes and impact.
Manage sponsor relationships or leveraging sponsorships for events and programmes.
Build productive relationships within and across teams — covering programming, partnerships, marketing, and communications.
Maintain strong connections with the event and conference industry, including links with international service providers, agencies, and business partners.

Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
A recognised university graduate.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in event execution, business projects, digital marketing, creative agencies, communications, or related fields, both hands-on and supervisory roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, and fluent in Mandarin.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
