Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as centre of design excellence in Asia. The Roles:

 

  1. Support the logistics, co-ordination, liaison, related documentation and monitoring of work progress for events, ensuring successful execution and evaluation. Make sure the process and documentations are in compliance with governance and administrative requirements.
  2. Monitor and manage marketing & promotion materials produciton including but not limited to the programme's website, social media channels, eDM and PR to ensure consistent and effective communications.
  3. Manage daily communicaitons, logistics and reimbursement exercises of nurturing programmes.
  4. Compile and analyse data to report on outcomes and suggest improvements.
  5. Assist in recording financial records for the programme, ensuring accuracy.
  6. Conduct research and support on Chinese Mainland and Overseas Outreach Programme.
  7. Liaise with professional service providers and maintain good relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally.
  8. To perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. University degree or above.
  2. Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in marketing, administration, or business management. Experience in design-related industry would be an advantage.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  4. Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, adaptable and resourceful candidate with tactful communication and interperpersonal skills.
  5. A good team player with initiative and ability to work independently.
  6. Good programme management, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  7. Good analytics and problem-solving skills.
  8. Graphic design skills would be considered an advantage.
