Job Duties:

  1. Content development for HKDC's digital knowledge platform and hybrid design and knowledge programmes such as Business of Design Week;
  2. Responsible for a variety of curatorial tasks including editing, content research, speaker liaison, planning and delivery of programmes;
  3. Spearhead knowledge management and manage the creation of original contents across multiple platforms for expanding reach;
  4. Liaises and coordinates with internal teams and external parties across public and private sectors including government agencies, academic and institutional parties, design professionals, business executives, and local and overseas partners;
  5. Assists in content creation, writing and editing, proof-reading and translation;
  6. Works closely with the Managers and other teammates to build networking and seek sponsorship; and
  7. Supports advocacy on widespread and strategic adoption of creative mindset, design and innovation knowledge and design thinking in the community.


  1. University graduate;
  2. Min. 6 years of relevant work experience in editing, content research and curatorial development. Editorial experience in media or related experience in writing is an advantage. Candidate with less experience (min 4 years) will be considered as Senior Project Executive;
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both native English and Chinese are essential, preferably with a flair for storytelling and creative writing;
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Application;
  5. Sensibility to culture, design, trends, and technology;
  6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and culturally diverse environment;
  7. A self-motivated and responsible individual, with original thinking, an appetite for knowledge, international experience, a versatile approach and strong attention to detail in all aspects of work;
  8. Understanding of the use of digital technologies for knowledge sharing would be an advantage; and
  9. Knowledge of and/or passion for design.
