Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as centre of design excellence in Asia. The Roles:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations;
  2. Handle office supplies and consumables, including ordering stationery, maintaining adequate inventory levels, arranging equipment maintenance and repairs, and ensuring proper filing and data entry;
  3. Arrange courier services and verify invoices for payment purposes.
  4. Manage admin procurement requests and the PR and procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating terms, processing purchase orders, and maintaining vendor relationships. Work closely with the Finance Team for invoice settlement.
  5. Oversee warehouse operations, including the renewal of leases and logistics.
  6. Perform general administrative and HR duties such as filing, records maintenance, and report preparation, including attendance reports for Business Units.
  7. Assist in organizing staff activities to boost team engagement and morale.
  8. Support general receptionist duties when needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in HR recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
  11. Provide support for internal communications and announcements
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience in office administration roles;
  2. Self-starter, energetic, pleasant, well organized and strong sense of responsibility;
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Experienced in office admin. & maintenance is highly preferable;
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
