Intellectual Property Consultation Service for Free 免費知識產權諮詢服務

In conjunction with the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), the Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) will arrange FREE Intellectual Property consultation service for local designers or design firms and SMEs from July to September 2008. The consultation sessions will be held at G/F, InnoCentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong.

This service helps to legally protect original designs and copyrights of new products, computer software, company logos and brand names from counterfeiting. Free advice on dealing with intellectual property infringement and an IP lawyer-referral service are offered. A consultant of FHKI will be present to answer questions on Intellectual Property from clients.
