The Hong Kong Design Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping local designers and business to realise their full potential. 1. Project Assistant
  Reporting to the Design Promotion Manager, the Project Assistant will be responsible for the following:
  - Performing a variety of project administrative and clerical functions to support the implementation of various programmes and activities
  - Assisting in the logistics and coordination for various events such as workshops, seminars, conferences and exhibitions
  - Providing support service for difference areas of functions such as registration, database management, mailing lists and telemarketing
  Requirements:
  - College or University graduate in Marketing, Communications and related discipline
  - Some experience in event management, conferences, seminars, workshops etc.
  - Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  - High literacy in PC applications, knowledge of database management is an advantage
  - Creative, outgoing, self-motivated and a good team player
  - Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, independent and self-discipline
  - Interested in Design
   
2. Project Executives (contracted approx. 6 months)
  Responsibilities:
  - Co-ordination and logistics support in various areas
  Requirements:
  - College or University graduates
  - Some experience in event management, conferences, seminars, workshops etc.
  - High literacy in PC applications, knowledge of database management is an advantage
  - Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  - Creative, outgoing, self-motivated and a good team player
  - Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, independent and self-discipline
  - Interested in Design
   
3. Accounts Clerk (Contracted approx. 8 months)
  Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Clerk will be responsible for the following:
  Responsibilities:
  - Handle project accounts, budgeting A/R, A/P
  - Prepare cheque, bank reconciliations
  - Prepare monthly accounts
  - Liaison with auditors etc.
  Requirements:
  - F.5 or above with LCC higher accounting
  - Minimum 2 years accounting experience
  - Able to handle full set of accounts
  - Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
  - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
